In this role, you will manage a variety of administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and ensure seamless communication across departments. Key Responsibilities: Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Act as the main point of contact for internal and external communications Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and company activities Handle confidential information with discretion Assist with various ad-hoc projects as needed
Qualifications: 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional organizational and time management abilities Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment High level of professionalism and confidentiality
