Execute and administer the established administrative practices and procedures.
• Answer, Write, Scan correspondence and other documents for the signature of the
institution's officials.
• Scan and review all material from the institution, making sure it is correct and submit it for the corresponding signature.
• Keep track of and manage meetings of officers with clients and associations. Arrange meetings and travel for the President and Executive VP,
• Keeping a weekly schedule of your appointments.
• You keep minutes of meetings of supervisors and directors, which must be transcribed for review on or before the third day after said meetings have been held.
• Planning of social activities (birthdays, Mother's Lunch, Father's Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.).
• Control and manage "Petty Cash" making the necessary purchases for the monthly activities.
• Manage quotes and purchase office supplies, equipment and maintenance contracts, complying with the purchase orders required by accounting.
• Control and manage materials, request approval for purchases of the month.
• Manages and controls personal files of the President and administrative with the
commitment to file the documents in the
corresponding place as soon as possible.
• Manages bank accounts of the CEO (First Bank and Oriental, etc.) in relation to receipts and deposits and controls the purchases of materials required from the CEO on the Equity Plaza building.
• It keeps a list of the income received by the president and prepares an analysis of
these to deliver to the CEO's personal accountant

• Fully Bilingual (Written and Oral).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office systems (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Basic knowledge of computer systems.
• Oral and written communication skills
• Discretion to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work multiple tasks at the same time.
• Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
• Skill and good judgment in decision making.
