We are seeking an exceptional Executive Administrative Assistant to support our C-suite executives, including the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and CEO. What You'll Do:
As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of supporting the leadership team. Your role will have a direct influence on the smooth operation of our organization, as you provide top-notch administrative support to our executives.

Coordinate and Manage: Ensure seamless scheduling for our C-suite executives, handling meeting coordination, calendar management, and travel arrangements with precision.

Organize and Prioritize: Review, route, and organize crucial documents, ensuring that all important materials are distributed to the right people on time.

Prepare and Present: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and key documents that support decision-making at the highest levels.

Maintain Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion, acting as a trusted point of contact for confidential matters.

Streamline Communication: Be the bridge between the executives and stakeholders, managing communication effectively and ensuring clarity across teams.

Support Operations: From filing and correspondence to maintaining office supplies, you’ll ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What You Bring to the Table:
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a proactive, organized mindset. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for supporting leaders and driving efficiency, we want to hear from you!

Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree is required, with a preference for degrees in Human Services, Non-Profit Management, or related fields.

Experience: Prior experience supporting C-level executives, especially in non-profit or healthcare settings, is a strong plus.

Skills: Strong document management skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Confidentiality & Professionalism: Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.

Bonus Points: Familiarity with the non-profit or healthcare sector will set you apart.
