Seeking a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior executives by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling travel arrangements, and organizing confidential communications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level administrative support, including drafting reports, memos, and other documents.
• Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
• Act as a point of contact for executives, handling phone calls and messages.
• Maintain records, organize files, and perform office tasks as needed.
Requirements:
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma required; Associate degree in a business-related field preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
