Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant to provide top-level administrative support. The ideal candidate will excel in managing complex schedules, handling a high volume of communication, and coordinating multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role requires flexibility, a positive attitude, and excellent teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with other administrative professionals, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the success of the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
Calendaring and Scheduling: Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and resolve any scheduling conflicts promptly.
Email Management: Monitor, prioritize, and respond to emails on behalf of the executive, organizing them according to their preferred method.
Phone and Voicemail Screening: Screen incoming calls and voicemail, prioritize messages, and relay accurate information to the executive.
Meeting Coordination: Coordinate and prepare for meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are in place and confirming availability with other participants.
Follow-Up and Communication: Serve as a liaison between the executive and internal/external contacts, ensuring key initiatives and projects are progressing.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, managing files, and handling confidential information.
Event Planning and Execution: Plan and coordinate events, ensuring smooth logistics and execution.

Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility and adaptability to quickly learn new systems and remain calm under pressure.
Proactive problem solver with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
Ability to collaborate with other administrative professionals and work as part of a team.
Experience planning and executing events, ensuring successful outcomes.
