Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our executive office and contributing to the overall success of our company. Mastery of MS Office Suite, Google Docs and Outlook.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Handle confidential information with discretion-Able to work in a smaller office setting.
Assist in project management and follow-up on action items
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Organize and maintain files and records
Perform other duties as assigned-Available 24/7
Qualifications:4-6 years of experience as a senior administrative assistant ideally for a real estate/property management company.
Bachelor's degree required-Ability to speak Mandarin helpful
Strong skills in MS Office Suite--Very detailed-Intermediate Excel.
Adobe Acrobat and Docusign..
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team-in a small office setting
High level of professionalism and discretion
CSR experience helpful.
