We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication and multitasking skills, capable of managing a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. This role requires a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality. Track budgets, follow purchase order and invoice from start to end Coordinate and manage executive schedules, ensuring efficient time management and prioritization of tasks. Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely responses. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, providing research, analysis, and administrative support. Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or in a similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with individuals at all levels.
