We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide top-tier administrative and operational support. This role requires a go-getter personality with the ability to handle a wide range of tasks, from managing schedules and travel arrangements to assisting with customer interactions and occasional errands. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, adaptable, and ready to support the CEO in any capacity necessary, with flexibility for occasional after-hours communication in case of emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar & Scheduling: Manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate meetings, and ensure seamless scheduling.
Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic travel, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
Office & Team Support: Order lunches for teams, coordinate office needs, and assist with company events as required.
Customer & Stakeholder Interaction: Communicate professionally with customers and external contacts on behalf of the CEO.
Task & Project Management: Take on any task delegated by the CEO, ensuring high-quality execution.
Errands & Personal Support: Assist with errands and ad-hoc personal or business-related tasks.
Technology & Communication Tools: Utilize LinkedIn, Microsoft Office/Google Suite, ChatGPT, and other tools to support daily operations.
After-Hours Availability: Be flexible and available for occasional emergency requests outside of standard business hours.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives.
Highly tech-savvy, with proficiency in LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and ChatGPT.
Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
