We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO and COO with high-level administrative and logistical support. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in managing calendars, organizing board meetings, and coordinating communications with internal leadership and external partners.
As the Executive Assistant, you will also assist with event planning, governance documentation, and special projects. The ideal Executive Assistant is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Executive Assistant candidates should have:
2+ years of executive support experience
Associate degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools (Outlook, Docusign, etc.)
