Customer Support Specialist (Phones) – $24-$26/hr
Location: Greeley, CO | In-Office | Bilingual a Plus

Join a dynamic team as a Customer Support Specialist, where you'll handle high-volume calls and assist customers with orders, inquiries, and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer 50-100 calls per day professionally

Assist customers with orders, questions, and general inquiries

Process and submit orders for scheduling

Research previous orders as needed

Work one Saturday per month (7 AM – 1 PM from home)

Qualifications:

3+ years of professional experience

Proficiency in MS Office & Excel

Experience with multiline phone systems

Strong communication and customer service skills
