Are you a skilled Electronic Soldering Technician with at least 3 years of experience? We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to join a leading electronics manufacturing team in the Santa Barbara/Goleta area!

Key Responsibilities:
?? Perform precision soldering (through-hole & surface mount) on circuit boards and electronic components
?? Inspect and repair solder joints to meet IPC standards
?? Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
?? Assemble and test electronic components for quality assurance
?? Work with small tools and microscopes for intricate soldering work
?? Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards

Qualifications:
? Minimum 3 years of hands-on soldering experience (through-hole & SMT)
? Familiarity with IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 certification (preferred)
? Ability to work with fine-pitch components under a microscope
? Strong attention to detail and steady hand coordination
? Ability to follow technical instructions and meet production deadlines
? Previous experience in an electronics manufacturing environment is a plus
