As the Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our sales strategy and expanding our market presence. You will lead a team of sales professionals, develop strong relationships with key clients, and ensure that sales targets are met. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
