We are looking for an experienced Facility Maintenance Manager to oversee all building-related activities at our Fresno facility. You will ensure that our facilities are safe, up to code, and fully operational.
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the maintenance team.
Develop and implement maintenance procedures.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues.
Oversee repair and installation activities.
Manage maintenance budgets and expenditures.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Facility Maintenance Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of facilities management operations.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Degree in facility management or related field preferred.
Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) certification is a plus
