Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall operations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for staff, clients, and pets.
• Manage staffing: recruit, train, schedule, and coach employees.
• Conduct employee reviews and maintain performance records.
• Foster a positive and engaging workplace culture.
• Supervise staff, ensuring adherence to protocols.
• Manage social media accounts with regular updates.
• Address customer concerns and feedback.
• Oversee inventory and purchasing, including seasonal retail promotions.
• Manage new clients and set up new accounts.
