Position: Finance Manager
Location: Guaynabo, Puerto Rico
Salary: $70,000 annually + bonus (up to $20,000) + benefits
Classification: Regular/Permanent
Position Summary:The Finance Manager oversees financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure the supermarket’s financial health and support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Manage accounting operations and financial reporting.
Oversee budgets and monitor expenses.
Ensure tax and regulatory compliance.
Authorize vendor payments and manage banking relationships.
Analyze cash flow and ensure financial liquidity.
Prepare reports for executive leadership.
Support audits and internal controls.
Provide financial insights for strategic planning.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
5+ years of financial management experience, retail preferred.
Strong knowledge of PR accounting and tax laws.
Proficient in accounting software and financial analysis tools.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
