Large International client is in need of an experienced Project Manager with Food and Beverage experience.. Needs strong Excel and Collections background.
Function will be collections – statements and reporting- coordination with clients (LA, GA, NY, IL, Etc.) for issues with invoices Coordination with customers via call and email Credit review process/ documenting these steps Looking at financial records/ research for details to get more details for granting credit Cash applications Deposits for studio operations Working with other Financial Analyst to allocate to correct location Personality – comfortable with Excel and SAP.

• Strong analytical ability and detail oriented
• Positive attitude and solid work ethic
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to liaise between operations and internal/external customers
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Excel
• Prior experience with SAP is preferred
• Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and manage multiple priorities
• Open to a continually changing environment and have strong interest in learning new systems and processes
