Compensation:

Purpose of the Position:
Act as the key link between finance and business operations, ensuring proper control and management of financial and administrative processes. Provide strategic support to commercial and operational directors, enabling informed decision-making to optimize resources and maximize profitability.
Main Responsibilities:
?? Advise on financial decision-making, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
?? Lead the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
?? Identify and implement cost optimization strategies for operational expenses (OPEX), capital investments (CAPEX), and working capital management.
?? Develop and enforce internal policies to mitigate financial and operational risks.
?? Ensure compliance with administrative processes and internal company regulations.
?? Monitor and analyze revenue and expenses against budget, forecasts, and market trends.
?? Prepare cash flow projections and assess the financial feasibility of projects.
?? Design and present financial and strategic reports using tools like Power BI.

?? Identify and raise awareness of potential risks in financial statements and cash flow.
?? Develop cost-saving strategies to reduce expenses and minimize financial losses.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in financial analysis, budgeting, and management control.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and SAP.
Financial Expertise: Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis, profitability, and budget control.
Competencies: Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills.
