Prestigious Fortune 500 Company is seeking individuals to join their Transactional Risk & Intelligence Group (TRIG). This group is a centralized function within Financial Crimes Operations that delivers actionable transactional analysis and intelligence reporting.

This position is ideal for candidates with a strong educational background in financial crimes analysis, accounting, or business.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct due diligence research on parties involved in letters of credit to determine if the activities are commercially reasonable.
• Evaluate letters of credit exhibiting red flags for trade-based money laundering and assess if the risks can be mitigated.
• Analyze large datasets in Microsoft Excel, including geography, transactional values, volumes, and relational data.
• Write detailed observations and risk dispositions to help business partners understand customer behavior and manage risk.
• Communicate findings and provide appropriate direction to managers, reviewers, and business partners.

Day-to-Day Activities:
• Work through a list of transactions, performing research into imported and exported products.
• Evaluate the commercial reasonableness of transactions.
• Identify and report on red flags in trade transactions.

Required Qualifications:
• Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong writing skills, research capabilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Eagerness to work through transactions and analyze data.
