Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers with a positive and professional demeanor.
-Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle customer inquiries in both English and Spanish.
-Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with various departments.
-Process check-ins and check-outs for guests or clients.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
-Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
-Assist with any other duties as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
-Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
-Previous experience in customer service or front desk roles preferred.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
-Professional appearance and demeanor.
-Strong computer skills (knowledge of Microsoft Office, scheduling software, etc.)
