Front Desk Admin - Bilingual English/Spanish

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8 am to 5 pm (Typical schedule)

Job Description:
Our client is looking for an organized and efficient Administrative Assistant with strong data entry and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
-Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and care.
-Accurately input, update, and maintain records and databases.
-Ensure all documents and records are accurate and well-organized.
-Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, and accurate data entry.
-Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
-Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors as required.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (read, write and communicate)
- Proven experience in administrative roles with data entry and customer service focus.
-Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
-Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar software.
-Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
-Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
-Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude.
