Dynamic company is looking to hire MULTIPLE Bilingual Spanish Front Desk Office Manager's

**Previous Office Manager/Office Coordinator experience IS A PLUS
**Previous Entertainment experience IS A PLUS

Hours: 9am to 5:30pm (flexibility to do a 30 minute or 1 hour lunch)
Days: Monday to Friday
Dress: Casual Professional (Jeans okay, but no leggings/tights, heels, sleeveless shirts, shorts, etc.)
Parking: Provided on site
Report To: HR Director

Requirements (NO EXCEPTIONS ON THESE)
•Must speak, read, and write in Spanish
•Excellent written skills (email communication) – owner of company is VERY BIG on proper grammar
•PowerPoint proficiency
•MAC OS proficiency (company does not use PC/Windows OS)
•Google Suite proficiency (Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Drive)
•Must sign an NDA

Job Duties
•Answer high volume multi-line phone system, keeping detailed messages from the person called upon, containing name, call timing and business nature
•Greet staff, visitors, clients, and vendors who enter the office and escort to staff member’s offices when needed
•Manage daily calendar of appointments and schedules for office
•Schedule events for the company throughout the day on company event grid
•Sending, responding, and following up via email throughout the day with staff, vendors, and clients
•Collect, sort, and distribute daily mail and ensure it is given/picked up by right person
•Keep office lists, client, customer, and vendor lists current and up to date
•Order, restock and maintain inventory of all office supplies
•File, fax, scan, photocopy, and scan documents
•Printed files and reports
•Package items and assist with scheduling pick up and drop off for UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon, etc.
•Order and schedule for pick up or drop off breakfast/lunch/dinner requests for office
•Ensure housekeeping staff is cleaning the designated areas daily
•Help manage budgets and track expenses/expense reports for staff
•Efficiently manages time and deadlines to ensure smooth office operations
•Ability to plan and coordinate office projects, such as office moves, events, or technology upgrades
•Comfort with changing priorities and a dynamic work environment
