Full Cycle Recruiter: must come from hospitality experience, with restaurants, or hotels, resorts or vacation properties.

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Full Cycle Recruiter with extensive experience in screening resumes, interviewing candidates (virtually and onsite), and a strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws. Exceptional analytical, communication, and computer skills are essential for this role.

Position Details: The Recruiter will oversee the full-cycle recruiting process for three hospitality-based sister companies, which include two properties and a hotel. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and will report directly to the HR Manager and/or HR Specialist.

You will be recruiting for all hospitality roles to higher level roles.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage the entire recruitment process across multiple departments. • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job descriptions, and implement effective recruiting strategies. • Work closely with the Controller and Payroll on compensation metrics. • Source and screen candidates using the company's applicant tracking software, as well as networking and industry research. • Schedule and conduct interviews. • Perform background, drug, and reference checks in coordination with the HR Coordinator. • Utilize recruiting tools to enhance candidate flow. • Develop relationships with community sources and participate in career fairs. • Coordinate with Accounting, Payroll, and Marketing departments. • Provide weekly recruiting reports to the HR Manager, General Manager, and Controller. • Adapt to modified duties as directed by the HR Manager, General Manager, or Controller. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Minimum of 5 years of recent recruiting experience. • College degree preferred or extensive relevant experience. • Strong track record with references. • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS). • Knowledge of California and federal employment laws. • Exceptional computer skills, including proficiency in ADP, WordPerfect, and Excel. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
