This General Office Assistant Position Features:

Immediate need for general office assistant with experience in mail room services and possibly doing large copy projects, with a candidate who has experience doing large copy projects.
Manager is seeking resumes with experience for:
• Maintains logs and work records to be utilized for tracking, management reports, and inventory.
• Distributes incoming mail and packages to designated drop points as well as office supplies and fax transmissions.
• Delivers completed reproduction work to pre-determined delivery areas. This may include delivery areas outside of the customer's office location.
• Deliveries and pickups may require travel between nearby offices.
• Maintains daily meter and service logs.
• Performs duties related to the shipping and receiving of materials and packages.
• Performs filing duties in conjunction with specific customer requests, which may include 'purging' and archiving old documents.
• Performs duties of scanning, file conversion, file naming, and encryption.
• Assists with the movement of supplies, equipment, etc.
• May travel between customer’s buildings.
May be required to lift 20-50 lbs. Will always be assisted.
Knowledgeable of all daily operations and services offered within an account base.
• Embraces the diverse customer environment and maintains excellent customer focus while performing on site duties.
• Responsible for customer satisfaction by engaging end-user feedback and escalating concerns to the account manager and helps support resolution.
