OA Reference: Grievance & Appeals Specialist
Highly regarded and prominent key player in the healthcare sector is active interviewing for a Grievance & Appeals Specialist. This role will be a remote role and Co. is asking for local individuals to Los Angeles, CA as you will need to drive into the Co. occasionally.
As the designated Rep you will be processing: Intakes, acknowledges, prepares case files and routes complaints to appropriate internal departments and external business partners for investigation and resolution, exercising strong independent judgment.
Processes assigned cases accurately and in a timely manner per instructions. Escalates complex issues or questions to leadership as appropriate.
Actively participates in team meetings and provides recommendation for improvement as appropriate based on discoveries
