We are urgently looking for an HR Admin Assistant to support the CEO. We offer a fun working environment, great benefits, and opportunities for growth within the company! This HR Admin Assistant will provide support to the CEO and HR/accounting departments.
Duties:
• Manage talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Conduct new-hired employee orientation
• Keep up with labor laws and regulations
• Assist with planning company events including parties and dinners
• Draft and send memos on various topics including announcements, warnings, messages from the CEO, and more
• Manage CEO's schedule, meetings, appointments, etc.
• Book and coordinate CEO travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transportation, and more
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of HR and/or office experience
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin required
• Degree in HR, Business, or related field; Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws and timecard process
• Detail oriented, proactive, and self-starter
