A rapidly growing HVAC company in Plainview, NY is looking for someone to join their HR team as they update their internal system and support their HR team with administration in Payroll functions.

Payroll Functions
- Assist with timesheet/payroll matters and inquiries (reviewing, documenting, submitting all related forms)
- Compare weekly activity reports and submitted timesheets.
- Document any PTO requests
- New hire onboarding
- Process paperwork for occasional employee loans and facilitate payment plans and associated documentation and payroll deductions.
