HR/Administrative Coordinator: This position oversees various aspects of the employment
process, including recruitment, onboarding, employee training, and general administrative
responsibilities. Creating policies and procedures in compliance with federal and state mandates
Required skills and qualifications: Our Company mandates that you have the following

. Proven human resource and administrative experience.
. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
. Proficient in MS Office and payroll software.
o Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
o Bachelor's degree in human resources and/or equivalent experience.
. Administers health plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
. Processes requirement documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure
accurate record-keeping and proper payroll deductions
o New employee onboarding including HR policies, t9 verification, and training.
. Maintaining digital employee files with their documents, benefits, and attendance records.
o Bi-weekly payroll entry via ADP Workforce, review validate to ensure accuracy.
. MaintaininB payroll reports, by pay date, quarter, and year-end.
. Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business goals
. Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
. Periodic review of employee manual and updates for state and federal compliance.
. lnvestigate employee issues and conflicts to bring them to resolution.
. Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys, including
job descriptions for each role and pay range.
. Provide support and guidance to management.
. Creating employee engagement plans, obtaining necessary budget approval, and initiating activities.
. Assist with recruitment and interview process.
