About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
Facilitate new hire onboarding and ensure a seamless transition for incoming employees.
Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and databases.
Support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Assist with employee relations by addressing basic inquiries and escalating concerns as needed.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee engagement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1–2 years of HR experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of HR laws and regulations is a plus.
A proactive attitude and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
