We are hiring a HR Coordinator.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Completing and verifying I-9 forms and maintaining files.
* Managing employee health plans.
* Assisting with employee background check processes.
* Assisting with preparation of employee performance review process.
* Photo copying, scanning, emailing, and filing employee information documents.
* Assisting with interviewing process.
* Assisting with any additional role related duties needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
* Minimum 2 years experience as a Human Resources Coordinator or similar role.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

HUGE PLUS:
* Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin.
