Great opportunity for an HR Assistant. This position will assist with workers’ compensation, leaves of absence, HRIS, benefits administration, new hire processing and orientation, and compliance. Assist in processing bi-weekly payroll. Ensure that employees are paid accurately and on time, while also supporting HR processes. Create ad-hoc reports on demand and run monthly benefits eligibility reports, Conduct new hire orientation, new hire paperwork and assist in recruiting process. Conduct background checks and assist with workers’ compensation. Coordinates benefits administration, and 401(k) eligibility and set-up. Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and a minimum 2 years HR experience with experience in the aforementioned. Great benefits! Must live within a reasonable commute to North Novato. 100% onsite.
