A dynamic Bay Area company is hiring for an HR Generalist to join the team. This HR team is growing and developing and this is your chance to make an impact in the evolution of this department!
Responsibilities to include:
• Creates and maintains records, reports, and logs pertaining to staff training activities, career path, related costs, etc.
• Administers tests for internal organizer and admin staff.
• Act as liaison for employees on all benefits/payroll questions, issues, and updates
• Perform various administrative duties that support the recruitment function.
• Provides guidance to identify, train, and develop staff for leadership roles.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years experience as an HR Generalist. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team! This role will be assisting with all aspects of HR.
