As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for supporting employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
Onboard new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Support employee relations by addressing concerns and facilitating communication.
Administer performance management processes and provide guidance to managers.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
Provide support for training and development activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
