About the Role:
We’re seeking a confident, forward-thinking HR Generalist to be the backbone of our HR department. In this pivotal, one-person HR role, you will take ownership of all aspects of human resources, driving improvements, ensuring compliance, and enhancing our company culture. Your contributions will directly impact our success and provide opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Source, recruit, and onboard top talent who will contribute to our mission. Deliver a seamless and engaging hiring process.
• Employee Relations: Be the trusted go-to resource for employees, offering guidance and resolving conflicts professionally and empathetically.
• Compliance & Administration: Ensure adherence to employment laws and regulations while maintaining accurate and organized records.
• Benefits Management: Administer health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits, guiding employees through their options during open enrollment.
• Training & Development: Build and deliver training programs that inspire growth and enhance team performance.
• Payroll Assistance: Support payroll operations, ensuring smooth and compliant processes.
• HR Strategy: Drive HR innovation and contribute to the continuous improvement of policies and processes.
What We’re Looking For:
• Industry Expertise: 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
• Bilingual Skills: Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal) is a must.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Google Suite. Experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
• People-Centric Approach: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect at all organizational levels.
• Problem Solver: A strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the skills to troubleshoot and implement effective solutions.
