Immediate need for a Bilingual Spanish Human Resources Generalist. Must be experienced with benefits, recruiting, employee relations and managing complaints. A primary responsibility will be to process payroll (ADP WFN - payroll for 70 employees), Benefits for 110 employees, new hires, on boarding, leaves, complaint investigations. Must have reliable transportation. Bilingual Spanish, at least 3 years of experience in HR, and a college degree highly desirable. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
