You will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
Key responsibilities include managing recruitment and selection processes, overseeing employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. You will also handle employee relations, performance management, training and development, and maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures. The HR Manager acts as a bridge between the management and employees to promote a healthy, productive, and inclusive work environment.
