The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR operations and contributing to the overall success of the organization by implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals and values. The HR Manager will work closely with senior leadership to manage recruitment, employee relations, training, compliance, and employee development.
