Looking for an HR/Payroll Specialist who has a lot of experience using ADP running payroll

We are located in a beautiful office with a great team who will support you in your career trajectory and mentor you.

Responsibilities:

Process bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payroll for employees using ADP Workforce Now.
Ensure accuracy of employee data, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and changes in employment status.
Calculate and process payroll adjustments, including bonuses, commissions, overtime, and deductions.
Reconcile payroll reports and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters and provide exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with HR team members to maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Assist with payroll-related projects and initiatives as needed.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing, with a focus on ADP systems.
Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now is required.
Strong understanding of payroll laws, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
