TITLE: HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT
ABOUT THE JOB: Seeking an experienced Bilingual Human Resources Assistant for a construction/engineering company. You will be responsible for supporting the HR Department with general administrative duties and HR support in the areas of recruiting, onboarding, data entry/records management, benefits administration, compliance, employee relations and more.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• College degree or minimum of 3+ years of experience in an HR role is preferred.
• Proficient in HRIS systems and tools such as Tableau and strong knowledge of
Microsoft Office Suite
• Strictly maintain confidentiality
• Strong attention to detail & Bilingual in Spanish
• Strong people skills to interact effectively with employees and management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills combined with a
thorough understanding of core HR functions are essential
