Key Responsibilities:
Material Handling: Organize and prepare raw materials for printing, including loading and unloading materials onto production lines.
Quality Control: Inspect printed products for accuracy, color quality, and adherence to design specifications, ensuring all finished items meet our established standards.
Assembly and Binding: Assist with the assembly, binding, folding, and packaging of printed materials to prepare them for delivery.
Maintenance and Cleaning: Keep the work area clean and organized while performing routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functionality and minimal downtime.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members, including machine operators, supervisors, and quality control staff, to coordinate workflow and meet production deadlines.
Qualifications:
High attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
Basic understanding of print production processes or a strong willingness to learn.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
