Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Litigation Paralegal to provide advanced support to our attorneys. This role is critical in managing complex casework, organizing key documents, and ensuring the seamless progression of litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain case files, indices, and chronologies.
Summarize medical records for malpractice and personal injury matters.
Conduct research and evaluations of expert witnesses.
Coordinate document production and review, including the preparation of privilege logs.
Draft correspondence, memoranda, and pleadings.
Prepare trial materials, including exhibits, witness binders, and electronic presentations.
Assist with depositions and liaise effectively with internal and external teams.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate is required.
Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in healthcare litigation.
Familiarity with California and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure is a plus.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
