Position: Service Desk Support Technician
Salary: $13.00 per hour
Location: Hybrid - Hato Rey, San Juan
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 9:00pm (with the possibility of working Saturdays from 9:00am - 6:00pm).
Hybrid schedule: 2 days in-office weekly and 1 week on-site monthly.
Main Responsibility: Provide first-level support to resolve issues related to hardware, software, and applications, helping users continue with their daily operations.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish (both spoken and written).
Flexibility: Availability to work a flexible schedule.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of ticketing systems (preferably Service Desk Plus).
Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
Escalation Skills: Ability to escalate issues to higher-level technical support teams when necessary.
