Position: Help Desk Technical Support Specialist
Location: Dallas, TX and other locations in Texas
Type: Full-Time - 40 hours - candidates needs to have open flexibility

What You'll Do:
* Technical Assistance: Provide top-notch technical support to K-12 educators, students, and staff.
* Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
* Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure user satisfaction.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support requests and solutions.
* Training: Conduct training sessions to help users understand and utilize technology effectively.
* Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members to improve support processes and systems.

What We're Looking For:
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
* Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience with help desk software and remote support tools.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Previous experience in a technical support role is a plus!
