A company who offers fantastic benefits and perks is seeking an IT Technician who is comfortable providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support while taking on special projects and leading implementations. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5+ years of experience in IT support and will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving our IT systems. In addition to handling day-to-day technical issues, the IT Technician will work on critical IT projects, from system upgrades to network implementations, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. Requires 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT support (Tier 1 & 2) and strong troubleshooting skills with hardware, software, and network systems. Experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting networking components (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.). Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Position is onsite.
