Job Title: Hospitality Services Coordinator
Contract: Temporary to Perm
Location: New York, NY
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager

Position Overview:
The Hospitality Services Coordinator is responsible for providing hospitality and catering services at a client site. Duties include conference room setup, reception support, and general office assistance (copy, mail, and intake functions). This role also covers the reception desk during lunch breaks.

Schedule & Pay:
• Monday to Friday: 10:00AM – 7:00PM
• Pay rate: $21.35 – $28.42 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor the meeting schedule and ensure accurate room setups, including A/V equipment, food, beverages, and utensils.
• Clean and reset conference rooms after meetings, returning items to vendors as needed.
• Prepare and clean up coffee stations daily.
• Maintain catering supply inventory and place orders as needed.
• Communicate with supervisors regarding meeting requests or issues.
• Provide backup support for reception and office services.
• Assist in training new hires and process improvements.
• Handle hospitality center phone inquiries.
• Adhere to company and client policies.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. (assistance available).

Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, restaurant, or housekeeping.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to escalate issues when needed.
• Experience operating basic A/V equipment.
• Professional telephone demeanor and a proactive approach to client needs.
