What you'll do:
Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, such as performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Recruitment and Onboarding: Source, screen, and hire top talent, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Benefits Administration: Manage and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time off.
Compliance: Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2+ years of experience in HR generalist role
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday, ADP, etc.)
Strong organizational and time management skills
