Immediate need for a Bilingual mandarin Human Resource Manager. Ideal candidate would possess the following skills: Strong knowledge in employee relations, knowledge of benefits, ISO 9100, ability to travel. Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years Human Resources experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bilingual is a must!

Duties include: Recruiting high-quality talent for open positions; participate in the screening and interview process; participate in hiring decisions and prepare offer letters. Employee relations, coach and train managers, manage all aspects of employee compensation review’s program. Will oversee a team of five. Must also serve as a liaison with company headquarters based in Shenzhen, China.
