Guide Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Diversity, Equality & Inclusion along with maintaining Legal Compliance for all states. Responsible for all Human Resource (HR) Services including investigations; engage and respond to unemployment cases and third-party inquiries. Open Enrollment, health and job fairs, associate recognition events, surveys, action planning, FMLA, COVID-19 Oversight of Human Resource (HR) department staff and payroll. Knowledge, Skill and Experience: 5 years of experience in a Human Resource Management role. Master's degreed (prefer) | Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus Bachelor's degree or certificate of Human Resource Management from a college or university Knowledge of and ability to use HRIS software including Microsoft office.
