A local client is looking to hire an HR professional to support the organization. This is an opportunity for someone who is bilingual in Spanish, while assisting with HR Compliance.
Some of the responsibilities include the following:

HR Compliance:
-Ensure compliance with all company state, and federal HR regulations and policies.
-Monitor and update HR policies and procedures to reflect current laws and best practices.
-Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
-Employee Programs:
-Develop, implement, and manage employee programs that align with company goals and legal requirements.
-Provide guidance and support on employee benefits, wellness programs, and other HR initiatives.
-Coordinate and facilitate training sessions on compliance and employee programs.
-HR Support:
-Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
-Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interview coordination.
-Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Bilingual Communication:
-Provide HR support and communication in both Spanish and English.
-Translate HR documents and communications as needed to ensure clear understanding for all employees.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
-Extensive experience in HR compliance and managing employee programs.
Direct HR experience as the primary focus of previous roles.
Skills:
-Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required).
-Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations at the company, state, and federal levels.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
