We are urgently looking for an HR Specialist or Generalist to handle day to day HR operations for our growing company. This HR Specialist or Generalist will provide support to the CFO and play a vital role for employee relations within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer and oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution
Manage and coordinate employee benefits programs, acting as a point of contact for benefit-related inquiries
Maintain confidential employee records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements
Address and resolve employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion
Interpret and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Design and implement effective training and onboarding programs to enhance employee development
Provide high-level administrative support to executives, handling sensitive information with utmost confidentiality
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance office productivity and HR efficiency
Utilize Microsoft Office to support daily HR and administrative tasks
Communicate fluently in both Chinese and English to support a diverse workplace

Qualifications:
5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a generalist or specialist role
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Deep knowledge of payroll systems, employee benefits, and labor laws
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Bilingual in Chinese and English (written and spoken)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
