AppleOne is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Generalist in North San Diego. As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in supporting our organization's human capital strategy. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:
Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.
Conduct background checks and reference checks.
Manage the onboarding process, including paperwork, orientation, and new hire training.
Employee Relations:
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Address employee concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct investigations as needed.
Benefits Administration:
Manage the enrollment process for health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
Process benefit changes and address employee inquiries.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Performance Management:
Assist with performance review processes, including goal setting and performance evaluations.
Provide coaching and development opportunities for employees.
Compliance:
Stay up-to-date on federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.
Prepare and file necessary reports.
HRIS:
Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, BambooHR, Paycor, or Oracle is a plus.
